The ingredients  are Amla, Lauha Bhasma, Baheda, Mulethi, and Haritaki.

• Amla – Amla is good for the absorption of important nutrients including Iron.
• Lauha Bhasma – It helps in getting rid of Iron deficiency.
• Baheda – It’s an important component of Triphala that cures several diseases.
• Mulethi – Good for respiratory problems, digestion, ulcers, hormonal imbalance, liver issues, gastritis, and high cholesterol levels.
• Haritaki – Another important component of Triphala, reduces triglycerides and body inflammations.
